Office Coffee Programs: How Recurring Coffee Catering Works
How a weekly or monthly barista program in the office works, how it’s priced and how to make it run smoothly.

A one-time coffee cart is a treat. A barista every Friday, or at every all-hands, becomes a perk people look forward to. Here’s how programs work.
Common setups
- Weekly or every-other-week coffee mornings.
- Monthly all-hands or team meetings.
- Return-to-office and anchor days.
- Client days, open houses and recruiting events.
- Lobbies, green rooms and hospitality suites for venues, hotels and clubs.
How it’s priced
We price a program as a package, not as separate events. It depends on how often, how long, headcount and any branding. You get one monthly invoice, and we can send a W-9 and certificate of insurance for vendor setup.
What makes it work
- The same day and time, so people plan around it.
- A seasonal drink that rotates.
- One contact on each side for dates, headcount and building access.
- A quick reminder to the team the day before.
Space
A lobby, café area or large break room works well. We need about 6 by 6 ft and a standard outlet. We set up and break down every visit.
