Deja Brew Chicago (“Deja Brew,” “we,” “us”) provides mobile specialty coffee service for events in the Chicago area and Southern California. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit dejabrewchicago.com, request a proposal, or contact us through an online ad, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, and event details such as date, location, guest count, budget range and notes. This comes through our proposal form, our lead forms on Google Ads, our chat assistant, or email.
- How you found us: the website or ad that brought you to us (for example a Google ad, a search result or a social link), stored in your browser so we can credit the right channel.
- Basic usage data: pages visited and device/browser information, collected through standard analytics and advertising tags (Google Ads) and cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare a proposal, and plan and deliver your event.
- To email you about your request: a confirmation, the proposal and a few follow-ups. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To understand which advertising works so we can spend responsibly.
- We use automated tools, including AI, to summarize requests and draft replies for our team. A person reviews every reply before it is sent.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the business, for example website hosting, our database, our email provider, our AI provider and Google (for advertising and lead forms). They may process information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep request and event records for as long as needed to serve you and for our business records, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
- Unsubscribe from follow-up emails by replying “stop” or emailing us.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
California residents may also have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information. We honor these requests.
Children
Our services are for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
